White Star Beach/Quarry is located within White Star Park, including a campground, a scuba diving location, barn and cabins and a constructed wetland. From April through October, visitors can take guided or self-guided tours of the fort and museum. Historical interpreters, dressed in period clothing, are on hand to provide all kinds of historic demonstrations, discuss the history of the fort, and answer any questions. It features a recreated 1940s era Texaco gas station, a showroom of extensive automobile memorabilia and a car collection presented within period scenes ranging from a 1930s general store to a racetrack from the 1960s.”
